Whether it’s a job replaced by technology or one rendered obsolete by societal changes, each example highlights the resilience and innovation of human progress.

I think what this piece misses is that it’s the unprecedented pace of change in the past 50 years that humanity is struggling with. My grandmother was a typist for almost 30 years. Retired with a pension. That is unheard of today.
