50 billion for cold server rooms

not sure if this more like the railroad boom of the 1800s or the telecom boom of the 1900s but either way there’s a lot of server buildings going up.

Time to capitalize on these is minimum 3 years I would think? I mean to say anything announced today I would treat with suspect for tomorrow.
